How do you load your bike(s) in the back of your van?

turn the bars all the way toward the wall and use a tie down from above and forward of the bike to hold it against the steering stop, then use another tie down from above to hold the bike toward the side just pull it up far enough, it will move a little but wont go anywhere, this method also does not compress the fork at all

i have bike shoes in my trailer this is the best method, if i have a bar that hits the wall i just put a gatorade cap on the end of the grip and it rides the wall without hurting anything
