My yz125 is blown up and I need a jug or a sleeve. I was told this was a 2004 engine but I think it is a 94/95. Can anyone tell me what year it is and if I can I sleeve it. Also why does it have 2 breather hoses coming out of the power valve compartment. Thanks.

Go to ebay and copy and paste to the search box: 1995 Yamaha YZ125 YZ 125 cylinder and power valves
That will show you that you have a 1995 yz125 cylinder.

Now copy and paste to the search box: LA Sleeve YA5257 Cylinder Sleeve 54.00mm Bore
That will show you the sleeve you can buy.

I would not sleeve a 125 because the sleeve runs hotter, and heat will kill a 125.

Check out the Millennium Technologies thread a few threads below your thread.
Highly recommended here... and now that Tom Morgan works there, you are guaranteed INCREDIBLE work!!

Hi!

The cylinder is for a 94-95 YZ125 and yes we can service the cylinder, do a power valve service and get all top end parts needed. As far as the tubes this simply how Yamaha designed the cylinder to operate. The OEM part number is OEM part number is 4pe-11310-00-00.
