How does everyone measure how much fuel is in their gas tank?

Ping pong balls if you need, usually my stock tank is used for moto. In that case depending on how many laps is how full. Half tank or full. You will know depending on sand, mud or hard packed. My off road tank is natural so I can see how much is in the tank.
