Anyone ever dealt with this company before??

I am for the first time and never again. Customer service is absolutely terrible (non existent).

Tell's me they were shipping last Tuesday/Wednesday (May 3rd) and fast forward to Monday of this week he emails me after me sending numerous emails and says sorry for the delay here is the tracking information. Well needless to say all he has done is generated a label to give me a tracking number but hasn't actually shipped the graphics out (3 days later).

I guess this is more of a warning to anyone else out there considering them. www.motographix.com

Will definitely give them a look as it would seem I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Guy doesn't answer his phone or return calls and rarely emails.

Just as an updated, received my order and the graphics are absolutely terrible. Colours look washed out, didn't include my name on the plates as requested and the clear laminate over top had a ton of imperfections and actually on a few pieces began separating from the substrate. And to top it off he didn't include the 2 mini plates that were suppose to come with the order.

So to anyone else STAY AWAY from www.motographix.com (They did the KTM graphics for Slaton Racing)

Just to give you an idea of the imperfections I'm talking about on the side plates. You can see where the clear laminate didn't bond well to the substrate.

Yeah that looks like trash. Sorry to hear man.

Hate to do a graphics company plug, but I have been nothing but satisfied with Limited Decal. Turnaround is super fast and Tyler will e-mail you proofs and tracking numbers along the way. Excellent communication and high quality graphics.

Yeah was pretty bummed to go thru all that trouble to get them, only to receive this garbage. Will definitely check out Limited Decal.

You're right up in Canada , next time try giving Fusion graphics a try. I've used many different outfits over the years , and they have been the best yet. Their templates fit perfect and their colors are just about as perfect as you can get. Great company!

Side note : I would think this time of year most graphics co's are pretty booked up. So no matter who you use , give them some extra time.

Everyone has local guy or a favorite... 95% of them are all doing illegal licensed pieces anyways...

If you want legit , stay with those who are legit and do things proper:

Decal works / D'cor Visuals / and FX.... N-STYLE is officially licensed but I hear a little off on the custom.

Just my 2 cents
