Hi. I am looking for a aftermarket exhaust system for my 250 sxf 2016. I am thinking between fmf rct 4.1 titanium full system and akrapovic evo titanium full system. Which one do you guys prefer? Pros and cons?

I really liked the HGS exhaust(better than the FMF 4.1) on my old 2014 sxf 450 so i'm going to get HGS for my 2016 450, i think Bud Racing sells HGS in US?

FMF makes the most HP, if you want more a hair more bottom they have their SX style header. Akro is great quality but its less performance for more money.

You have numbers to support this statement? I'm not saying you're wrong, would just like to see the actual numbers.

I like the FMF Ti full system with the team style longer head pipe, gave the bike more bottom end. I haven't tried the other brands tho.

Why does ktm factory team use akros for the 450s if its less in performance?

That is something that i would like to know aswell. Especially since i felt like the HGS made my 2014 SXF 450 more powerful than the FMF 4.1,

You should give Rocket Exhaust a call. They will build an exhaust for your bike. It won't be a compromise like the other one size fits all.

Don posted in a previous thread that he would be coming out with a pipe for this bike in the near future.
