I think that's the reason why they are losing the top talent. Star Yamaha appears to have a larger guaranteed salary vs performance bonus.

If I was someone being offered contracts I would always go with guaranteed money vs a potential bonus.

Hopefully Adam and Austin can put in solid seasons and stay healthy.

Well that principle worked when PC was the main player in the field. Ever since Geico, KTM and Star upped their game, things have changed.
