125 brake on a 85

I have looked at the supplemental rules and still not sure if the 125 rear brake on the 85 would be ama legal. ??

I know ktm has a kit to put the 125 set up on the front of The supermini.

The plastic seals around the piston are going to shit after just a few hours...
