No luck on those two carolina links in this thread.
According to a motonews post, there is a gp in the Raleigh area the weekend before Thanksgiving. 2:15ish mx track 13-14 minute trail combined for a 1 hour moto. Sounds like a blast. Does anyone have links to some NC, SC, tracks that do this sort of stuff through the winter months?

Many snowbirds make the trek down to North Central Texas every winter because of the great dirt, good weather and a multitude of tracks. If Oldenberg will let you stay at Oakhill, your search should be over. When you get tired of riding Oakhill, there are about 20 more tracks in the area to ride.

I almost bought Oak Hill myself but decided that retirement was easier.. I told Jeff about the track, price etc and he jumped on it, so he better let me ride it! Texas is sounding good because of all the tracks but i still like the idea of being somewhat near the ocean and girls in bikini'sSmile Happy hour takes on a whole new meaning in that environment..

No beaches here but there are plenty of good looking ladies in DFW. SoCal is probably your best bet for beaches, babes and moto during the winter.

The girls at the So Cal beaches wear wetsuits in the winterSad

I would think commuting from Houston to San Antonio would net you some warm beach babesWink

What a dilemma, raddad.
