I rode the Reno race back in 2005 and that was pretty close to some dangerous stuff like people and Casinos. It was really fun having the painted cross walks mid most of the street turns. With that said it was pretty fun to ride. I remember there was a high speed L/H turn at Copper Mountain and the inside of the line was railing for the side of a road in the rain. Good Times...

I see they tend to layout a lot of these courses on the infields of car ovals. I wouldn't get on a track like that with a bike, ever. Not with bare concrete retaining walls inches away. Just stupid. Isn't that how Henry was injured last time? Slid out coming up the banking and had his body thrown into the wall?
The reason Doug crashed was because a guy (squid) took off his fuel catch tank (not my product) that was not vented properly making his bike run bad. It dumped a bunch of gas on the track and 2 other riders almost ate it just before Doug. Jason Conlon was inches from the same wall.

There has been a big push for Air Fences since Anthony Hart paid the ultimate price.

If you can please donate.

Ping does it again!

Ping always shoots from the hip and tells it like he sees it and his BIG 8 page article on SuperMoto past / present / future is a must see article in the NEW January Racer X. If you are in any way involved with SuperMoto get this magazine when it hits the stands in a few weeks or sign up for the $14.98 on line version at http://www.racerxonline.com as this is a must read.

The January Racer X issue is not on the news stands yet but the on line subscription version is up.

Couple nice features on APA MX products in this Christmas issue too.
