How stupid are the AMA rules?

I remember seeing the guy push that thing through the pits... it sure was pretty, with its red tank and white fenders. Would have been nice to see it on the track. Personally, I think the AMA should have given Husky a temporary waiver, but then I wouldn't be surprised if the Japanese brands protested the decision. So I think the AMA played it safe and did the right thing...

not sure the AMA official there,the da yof the race,
was in a position to allow it..
mabe they could, maybe they couldnt.

since its spil tmilk?
my question is,, why not get it addressed now?

and is husky pusrsuing that ?

I don't think they are going to now. Now that the Nat's are moving east, busy with the SM program and they got some things cooking with WORCS and possibly a BAJA 1000 team.

It is more a matter of the situation, the attitude about it and ultimately how the AMA handled it. If you give people a reason to go elsewhere guess what, they will.
