Okay, if you get to that point also, rest assured the file is completely downloaded and just rename it from:

2007 AMA Supercross - Round 1 - Anaheim 1.avi.bc!

to:

2007 AMA Supercross - Round 1 - Anaheim 1.avi

And start enjoying it. Don't forget to help seed.
