if any of you are interested in a new house in so cal.my friend mrlath is selling his crib in riverside next month.its a 1800 square ft with big three car garage.3 big bedrooms.den.huge living room with huge fireplace.sits on half acre with orange trees.the house was built in 1980 it still looks like brand new.new roof new carpet new dual pain windows new stucoo.new roll up garage doors.its a deal at one million 200 hundred thousand bucks.its paid for so he will help you out.him and his wife bought 10 acres of orange groves so they are building a new house on it.it wont last long it will be listed in aweek so hurry up and make him adeal he cant refuse.he said he will check motodrive at least once aweek.your great white dolemite .wheres all the white women?

There ain't enough room in an 1800 sq. ft. house for anything to be "huge". Only a fool would pay 1.2 mil for a house that small. 1.2 mil will get you a new custom home in the 5-6,000 sq. ft. range here.

sorry engine 32 i forgot the pool and tennis court and raquetball area. it even has a little golf course for his girls when they were kids,my kids almost lived there in the summer.its a kids place to enjoy life,the best crib in his hood,the great white dolemite.

Riverside? You can get all that for less in San Diego and still get a nice breeze. His house will sell for sure but it still aint gonna change the fact it's in Riverside.

I've got a brand new 3870 sq. ft. home on 20 acres with a 30x24 garage and a 50x30 shop for under 200k. I'm not moving or selling.

sorry all you poor white folks.it sold on saturday only two days listed.mrlath said sum high roller from orange county with two kids was there less than 20minutes and said i take it cash money now.mrlath told him that he can have it on july31 and no sooner.he hopes the guy says he cant wait so he can raise the price again. it was a good deal for mrlath but he only has about 178thousand in it since he built it in 1980.he said thank god for idiots.the great white dolemite.

allmost forgot.thats also the house that mrlath did his second adult movie at,his first was in 79.most of the seens was in his backyard by the orange groves and pool.can anyone guess what movie it was?maybe i will give the winner a couple free tickets to glenn helen national race in september.my wife allways ask me why all his old friends call him moby?she will never no.the great white dolemite.mrlath aka moby
