I will be getting my 4cs forks back later this week from TBT. I tried the 4cs for the first few weeks of my new KTM 450sxf. Felt pretty dam good until the first time I hit a few braking bumps. Didn't hesitate, sent them in for the SSS conversion. Testing at glen helen this weekend!

They are horrible. Complete junk. Everyone please stop buying KTM's. Your driving the prices up. Thanks.

i cant personlly comment on the 2016 150sx, but i had the pleasure of spending several hours behind the bars of a 2015 150sx as a loaner when my yz450 popped. I Initially thought that the bike felt hard in both acceleration, and braking bumps, and wanted to launch me over the bars on large jumps. After a couple adjustments to the fork and shock and I actually quite liked it. nothing out of the ordinary new bike set up.

I have a 2013 ktm 125 SX. Suspesion is decent. I think propel have read way to far into forums. Just my opinion. For the average person the suspension is probably good. If you just want some trick stuff to make your bike badass by all means get it.

Kreft did my ktm and I know for the 4cs he has different levels and prices of service. He can work with stock internals. I am also a member of ktm talk and the consensus I get is they are mostly old woods guys so they will complain about any suspension they just happen to ride ktm's

The 16 125 sx I rode forks felt dam good to me. Track had choppy braking bumps and acceleration bumps.

Thanks for all the input. If I get a good price I may just pick one up as a second bike.

Several guys on here were running Ohlins on the KTMs and raving about the difference it makes. So a few years later what's the new consensus, stock WP worked over, Ohlins, or WP A kits?

What are the comparisons and deciding factors for those who have tried them all?
Have had the 2013,14,15,16 KTM 450 SXF. Had the full RFX Ohlins kit 2013, but sold it. My revalved WP 2014 was on pair with Ohlins in terms of rideability and trust. Ohlins slightly more plush, buy way to diffuse in the feedback and flexing to much.

With the right springs, preload and oil level WP fork is excellent. If you revalve they are superb. Same for shock, at least until 2015.

2016 AER fork is really good by just adjusting oil level and air pressure. Shock is not super, really harsh when track gets beaten up - specially if you are to be at correct spring and around 105mm sag (cant compensate with softer HSC/LSC for less SAG). If you run 108-110 it is much better but problems with pressure on front tire.

If you run the stuff in stock shape, with stock springs and SAG 105-108 they are very good in terms of compliance over rough stuff, But, you will not bottom out neither in front or rear so you loose on the traction.

My guess is most of the people here, just go out and ride it and does not touch clickers - even less changing oil level, springs and SAG. Should WP have tested more to have better recommended setup (not like now, WP Cali recommend 102mm SAG and book says 110...)? Yes, but that does not mean the stuff is bad and cant be adjusted depending on who is riding it.
