Back in around 2000, RacerX did a contest where they gave away a handful of McGrath signature GT BMX bikes. I won one, but it was a long time in getting delivered. When it finally did arrive, it had a handwritten note from DC inside apologizing for the delay, but explaining that my bike was actually the one Jeremy used in the contest photo shoot, and they had to get it from his kitchen! The bike never got ridden after that, and has been a memorabilia piece in the basement ever since. Unfortunately, the letter got destroyed. But I did get the King to sign the numberplate at his Steel City "comeback" in, what, 2004?

Also have a radio-controlled Pastrana bike with his signature on the unopened box.
