Im looking at buying a '90 kx 250 for $700 dollars, suppose to have new bottom an top end. Any thoughts on these bikes?

just type 1990 kx 250 into search box in this forum. I had 89,90 & 91 kx 250"s back when they were new, liked them all. the 90 had the most hard hitting engine of the 3. I would say good bike for its time, condition is everything when buying these old bikes, unless you are looking for a project. look it over good, parts can be a challege on the older kx"s. I have been keeping my eye open for a decent 89 kx 250, getting scarce...

I ended up buying the kx, needs some work but Im def excited to start fixing it up. Prob gonna do some harescrambles an some mx racing on it

I loved that bike when it came out! I had the Kawasaki ad up on my wall. I was about 13 years old. Good looking bike for sure. Good luck. Please share some pics when you can.
