2016 KTM 45 sx-f engine

Hi guys, I am in the process of using a 2016 450 sx engine in a Hybrid race quad for next years racing. I am wondering can some of you guys tell me what is the best options for getting the bike to make some more power as I will need as much reliable power as possible. At the moment I am considering a Crower V3 mx cam, Vortex or GET ignition/ECU and a full exhaust system. Any opinions would be appreciated thanks. Also if you have suggestions for the best exhaust system that will pass FIM sound tests that would be great too.

High comp piston, porting, head mods, big bore, Hinson/Relkuse clutch, even maybe a balanced crank.

I wouldn't be going to those kind of extremes I think. These engine produce alot of power standard. I would think I'd have more than enough power with Vortex/GET, Exhaust, and cam. Anyone any idea roughly what the engine would make with this?
