Is that a borrowed bike? Looking good! I love riding the track in the rain, especially racing in the rain! It was always the great equalizer for me, but this year the ZX10 I got is the great equalizer because I am doing just as good in the dry now. Smile

Yeah my cousin is the head guy at pro motion, it's his bike and gear.
I've only riden a street bike a few times but I so love it. The rain is a blast and it was really good for me to get the faith in the grip that the tiers have. I'll be back sometime this summer to spend a few days at the track,,, I hear VIR is really fun,too.

That's awesome.

I'm not sure but I know these things had amazingly good grip in the rain



We did a 150 endurance race a few years ago, really fun. We only had one bike and it had full slicks, my second stint it fucking poured rain, full slicks!!! That was a hoot, and we went the best in the wet if it rained the whole race we would of done way better even though most were on groved tires.

That's what I run, the Michelin Power Rains. Love those things! Not a big fan of slicks in the wet though. Smile

Last time I was at the track I got to spin a few laps on this full race prep Panigale

Silly fast, and i swear i didn't even want to ride it, they made me. I rode like a fucking fruit but I'm glad i rode it.



eye watering fast down the straights.

So far I haven't really had any competition out of the Ducatis. But, probably mostly because the right riders haven't been on them. I should take that back, there are a couple of fantastic riders out of Indy Ducati (the owners) that will kick my ass.

A full race prep Panigale on a kart track? Smile I've never done any minibike racing on a kart track although I have been trying to talk them into allowing us to do that on the new kart track at Gateway Motorsports Park. They won't let us though as they are afraid it will tear up their new asphalt with pegs digging in on crashes, etc. I don't know of anyplace locally here that has it. I know some guys over in Cincinnati do it and it looks like a blast. I do have some friends that do minibike dirt racing though and a few that do minibike ice racing.

I rode that duck at NYST, full track.

My cousin , his wife and I did a race on their 150 at NJ motor speedway karting track. It's a hoot, and full raceing with some bad ass riders.
