Not by much...I wear 11 for both tennis shoes and Gaerne SG-10

I don't think so. I wear either a 12 or 13 shoe/sneaker, depending on the manufacturer. Everything I have read on the SG-10 is that you should get the same size boot as you shoe size.

Give them a little time, mine hurt the inside of my arch until they were broke in good.

I would but I rode yesterday with my older Tech 8's. Other than being a little bulky in the ankle they just fit better than the SG-10's. When I had the SG-10's on my ankle bone is about 1" to 1.5" above the pivot point. Don't know if that is part of why they irritate my ankles or not.
My local dealer that I ride for also is clearing out their Tech 8's and Tech 10's. They also carry Sidi. Just sucks that I cannot return the SG-10's beacuse I rode in them once for about 20 minutes total.
