Would someone mind showing me or explaining to me or directing me to a page that has the proper order of the rear axle pieces? I am confused about the axle spacers. I am trying to figure out where they go. Here is a pic of what I have.

Does the short spacer belong by the rr. brake plate and the long spacer slip in the other side wheel seal ?

That is what it looks like on the Honda film.

I don't have a Cr but my guess is you are close
The big aluminum spacer on the left should be spun around
The spacer on the right is the sprocket side and is ok
I had to think about it for a second and remember the CR has a right side sprocket

Yep it has the right side sprocket. The thing about this is - there is not enough space to fit one between the sprocket side and swing arm. When I do that the sprocket does not line up with the chain guard. does anyone have a pic of the rear axle area of their bike? That might cool.
