I cant handle the truth, and "i don't believe anything, even if its true" Ed Vedder circa 1994
I thought about going with the Few Good Men meme, haha

Sorry to be he bearer (barer?) of bad news, but James Stewart will not be doing any races affiliated with the AMA or AMA Pro Racing until his restriction is either over or hopefully shortened. As great as it would be to have him there he is now in a period of ineligibility that includes all AMA races, as well as FIM, not to mention any sport that follows WADA or USADA code, which means he can't even run a sanctioned marathon or enter a golf tournament... If he does, the FIM will would probably tack on years.

What would work is getting some past legends like Jeremy McGrath or Jeff Emig or Mike Brown or even Ricky Carmichael out there having fun and being part of the Glen Helen National weekend.

Come on! Don't cloud the issue with FACTS!!!! Besides, I still don't care, that'll be one helluva race anyway, and if the legends show up, even better! And I still wanna buy Mr. Info a beverage, I'm taking the boys and their wife/girlfriend and what better way to kick off the day than with a full gate of smokers rippin' it up!

Isn't this an exhibition race? No championship is on the line and it isn't a points race. Is this an AMA/FIM sanctioned event?

Sorry captmoto, it will be AMA-sanctioned and James is in a period of ineligibility now (but hopefully he gets some relief before then on his appeal) and we wouldn't want him to jeopardize missing supercross again in 2016 because he raced something like this. I'm sure there will be other fast guys out there that will be a blast to watch, just not #7.

I was a big basher of James when the story broke but if it went down like he states in his interview in Transworld, I think some serious BS is afoot and probably needs some changing. I'm all about catching the cheaters but he got hacked.

Excellent idea for the 2 smokes, which I wasn;t 2000 miles away

So what does AMA sanctioning mean for this event? Are only approved machines from the current approved machine list with displacement limits going to be enforced or will we get to see current 300cc KTM's and TM's bikes and hopefully 490 Maicos allowed?? And what about fuel restrictions?
