SX is something i watch as love racing, but find that i can multi task or pop in & out of the room while its on. Mx on the other hand be it GP or AMA is something that glues my ass to the chair. I even find myself unable to press pause to piss.
I used to love SX this way ( Cooper, Larocco, Bradshaw etc ) but i think its now just a circus cash cow themed to please the average Joe who cheers for the guy on the red bike ! While chewing up & ending the season premature for the real racing to follow.......Outdoors

But then again opinions are like butt holes, everyone has one.
Bingo!

its very close for me. im pumped dungey has become the heavy favorite for the title, but with roczen out and dunge having such a big point lead, it has taken away from the excitement.

as for the gps, to be honest the only reason im really watching/paying much attention is because of RV. all the respect to the top gp guys, they are undobutably gnarly, but i just dont really care. just want to watch rv shred.

I've been the same way. Just the fact that a top guy went over to compete in the GPs is huge, let alone THE top guy. I was way more excited for Qatar than I was for A1. It's even bigger than RC vs Everts would have been in my opinion. If Dungey continues to run away with the SX Championship, that's okay. If any SX season is going to be a snoozer, this is the one it can be.

It's cool Arvee made the move he did, maybe other champions or top tier riders will follow suit.

Covington had a good showing last weekend, he's a damn good rider and is showing some stuff.

They need to, if they(the GP promoters) want to keep our interest beyond this year.

I like the diversity of the GP's. The tracks around the world are great! Not all of them are as nice as they should be for a world series but that's ok.

BUT imagine rv2 on a husky.
Imagine the guy that ran off from them on the camel jockey track on a husky. He didn't show up last weekend but hell,we were watching it in Atlanta and MD47's mechanic was wanting to trade me his pit shirt for my ferracci pit shirt,so kool to see the gunsights out there again in front.

Now, RV2 ,he is going to win this title with 2 races left. He will get dialed in a few more races and AC will implode.stomp it.

This ranks right up there with Greens announcing a CR22 winning streak after Atlanta on the ole BS o'meter,

Iv often wondered why you guys in the USA limit your self to only appreciating amazing moto skills of half of the worlds fastest racers? (Yes I put GP and AMA on an equal footing) Living in Europe it's perfectly fine to watch, follow, admire all the GP and AMA guys and has been for the past 30 odd years, you guys have missed a lot of greats Carlqvist, Malherbe, Noyce, Thorpe, Smets, Bervoets, Bolley, Everts, Coppins, Ramon just to pick a few from the 80s, 90s and 00s. Your late to the GP party but welcome aboard, it's gonna be a great summer!!!!
Same here, I love both series. If you can appreciate RV, Dungey, Tomac etc. then you should be able to appreciate the likes of Cairoli, Herlings, Desalle. I love the high speed, groomed, jumpy US tracks and I love the dirty, gnarly, rutted GP tracks.

It's great having RV racing the GP's, adds an extra element to the racing and opens a few eyes about the talent and speed of the "Euros", even if some on here won't admit it due to national pride or whatever.

I just hope RV doesn't get injured or slip away from the podium too often. If he stays close or even takes over the series lead the Americans will enjoy a great GP series, otherwise I fear we'll start getting complaints about tracks, weather, format etc.
