Really sucks for Kenny, I had him winning the championship :-(

He just wrote this at his instagram account

well, I did exactly what i wasn't suppose to do. kind of hard when you want to race but can't put your foot down. it happened and it didn't feel great. Even if it was only a couple laps i had a lot of fun on my bike and track. Love the support from all my people, fans and friends

I talked to him yesterday, and he said he had a torn ligament in his ankle. He said it was okay when landing off of jumps, but any side-to-side movement was painful, and he was afraid to put it down in corners.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - (March 7, 2015) – Ken Roczen, rider of the No. 94 RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy Johns/Suzuki Factory Racing RM-Z450, will not compete in tonight’s Daytona Supercross by Honda.

Roczen re-injured his left ankle in Saturday afternoon’s opening 450 Supercross practice at Daytona International Speedway. The injury will prevent Roczen from competing in tonight’s race.

An ambulance with lights on pulled into pit area shortly after KROC 'S incident. I never saw KROC hit the ground. He was placed there. No facts known. Just passing on what I saw.
What's interesting is that Hill is in surgery for broken collar bone, collapsed lung, and broken ribs. Kenny has a torn ligament in his ankle. Hill is a tough guy!

I'm a nobody but while at Daytona yesterday i ran into Kenny Watson. Told me Roczen tore ligaments in his ankle at Oakland. Said he would be out four weeks and try to come back for the last few rounds. Say he tried for as long as he could but it wasn't getting any better.
He could have been b.s. ing me but seemed sincere. I guess only time will tell
