Lost some of my disassembly pics and want to be certain if the hose from the shock exits to the engine side or tire side. Any help appreciated.

1984 was the best KX125 in the history of the universe. I know for a true fact because that was my first full-sized bike. (And Mark, don't even get me started on how much better the year 1986 WILL ALWAYS BE than 1987 .. You 1969 youngsters, sheesh)

Yukking it up aside, to your question, there are a number of great pictures of a restored '84 C-1 on Mark's Vintage Swapmeet (vintagemx.us). Just go to the photo section and browse. You'll find plenty of images (and inspiration) there .. The best '84 resto I've seen
