A lot! I know an agent & he admittedly says our own people let a lot through, look the other way. The cartels also plan for X amount of drugs & cash being taken as a "cost of doing business". They are also VERY creative with how they smuggle it past. The mexico border has some 75,000 vehicles that cross everyday. It is impossible for us to catch even half of what is smuggled
