can u anodize a ktm's swingarm?

I wanna anodize the swingarm on my 15 250sx can that be done? I recently saw pics of chad reeds bike and his frame is actually anodized black not powdercoated and imo, it looks so bad ass!

Can you do it with standard alloy anodize or do you need something special since its casted alloy ?

You can for sure, but I think it is just tougher due to the topography of a cast part versus machined block that can be anodized easily for uniform color/look.

anodizing is only as good as the finish you bring to be anodized
if you polish everything evenly you will be happy
ask the shop before you drop off your parts.
pretty sure if its aluminum it can be anodized
