Sounds like he'll be full factory? Maybe I'm wrong. That would be cool to see a factory team have a 250f rider other than KTM.

Well it says follow Pourcel and Tonus' footsteps, and the Kawasaki 250 team... which is PC. I'd say it's safe to assume it's PC.
