I've seen a lot of nice RM 250 here, with a lot of special parts! I have a factory exhaust system on my bike (pipe + silencer) from Pichon's bike
Sickest bike ever! Would love to have one!!

I have a ton of pics on a thumb drive. I am trying to locate that drive so I can forward pics or post them.

No worries at all.
You and one other person are the last people I'm building bikes for..
As you know I have a ton going on (personal life situations). Once the bikes are done I'll restore my own and then lock up the tools and shop for awhile.

This is where I was on it before getting injured ( non Moto related ).

Once I'm healed up I'll only have 2-3 days on it and it will be delivered.

I had to DX coat the water pump housing since I couldn't run across one from a team bike. The inner clutch cover is sweet though. I can't wait to heal up and finish it.
There are a few more really trick parts to show later. ( parts not sold to the general public ).

Looking good. What did you use to hand police the cases? They look sharp

Case cleaning is multi step process.
Involves acid, scrubbing, 3M perfect III and other stuff

You can't get a brown / mag finish on cast with ano. It will turn out black and murky

DX was originally used to coat and protect magnesium many years ago. I have put my own twist on it to create texture to simulate works magnesium parts.

I am no longer taking in work. I am dealing with a non-Moto related injury. After I'm healed up I'll finish the bikes that are in the shop. Once they are done I will no longer be doing work for the general public.

Thanks for many kind words. I do take pride in my work. I even have some secret stuff for the bike but I'll leave that a surprise for you.

Thanks again for driving down today. It was great to see you and glad you made it home safe.

Check with the big outfits here in the US (Motosport for example) or any of the the suppliers that regularly advertise on eBay. Shipping is probably going to be the killer. The entire clutch kit was still available here last time I checked, it's not a cheap expense even to for Americans who can get free shipping offers, so if you're on a budget just go with the basket.
