Good to see this one done. I know how much went into it, and it really shows.

Outstanding job!

Thanks guys!

I do have some parts left over. I know I have the shrouds, wheels, rear shock, 08 swingarm, seat cover and foam, clutch basket, and misc. controls left. email me at: flesche917@hotmail.com and I'll send pics of what is left. Gotta get some dough together for my KX project!

If you are asking those questions I dont think this is the build for you! Plus if you read even just the first sentence of this topic it would have answered atleast one of your questions

Hey guy's, I have seen a several of Travis's bikes in person. I know DJ "nine1seven" and James "barkhard696",

DJ did a great job on this bike with the connections he had. I now have the bike at my shop to do a few more tricks to it.
The cylinder was previously ported but still needed a little work. The cases needed a little work as well (reduce volume and case match). I will be sending pictures to James "barkhard696" soon. It is up to him if he wants to post the pics.

I am NOT bashing the build at all. Again, DJ did an awesome job, I am just doing some stuff to it that was not able to be done before.

Thanks James. I do have some "secret sauce" for it.
You will be surprised of the other tricks I have done to it.

I think the Krylon on the plastics turned out really nice. HAHA!!!!!!
(Sorry for letting that sauce spill).

This bike is awesome, along with the late 80s CRs, nothing beats the design IMO. The pipe you showed is absolute art work. Thanks for posting your progress.

Question, I have the same 05 PC A kit forks/shock getting rebuilt and revalved now, would you happen to know the piston size in the forks? My clamps are being bored too, never heard of the laser alignment though...pretty cool.

Keep it coming and good work.

Do you want to sell the Pro-Corcuit clamps that you replaced with the RG3 clamps ? If so, let me know.
Langhammx@sbcglobal.net thanks, Shaun
