Guys at RacerX think the lapper crashed before Roczen arrived, but when I watch the incident it looks like Kenny owes the lapper an apology for taking him out.

I think you're right. And I'm pretty sure Kenny caused that pile-up at the start of the 2nd moto. Not saying he was trying to cause chaos, but he definitely wasn't riding cautious. With a big points lead, you would have thought he would take it easy. Oh well, when it's your year, it's your year.
