A Different Honda Build.

Three months ago I found myself back in hospital after a nasty crash. Being a chef that's on the move trying to get somewhere and open my own restaurant in Amsterdam in the near future the injuries are starting to get in my way massively. I made the hard decision to sell my RM125 and start with something new. (Sorry non-mx)

Just two months ago I bought a Honda CB750F from 1982 which was to ugly to even lift my foot over:



The bike got completely stripped:



The engine murdered out:



And the sub-frame got cut off and rebuild:



Now the next few shots were taken yesterday, just a few minor wiring work and she's ready to go!













Now because of the injury and me probably taking two years to build a beauty like this I got ir done by a friend of mine, which was nice so I could go around with a six-pack in my injury time. Hope you guys like it, if you own a bike like this, please feel free to share

Sweet ride. I've been tossing around the idea of building one of these myself. What exactly has to be done to the sub-frame?

Cut it and put a bend on it, seat was cutom build for the sub-frame too!

It's been off and on , I bought a 81 1100 for the bigger engine and took the heads, and cams from the 1100 and put it on my 1000cc engine. It's the hot setup with the wings. The 70's GoldWings are almost 4" shorter and like 45 pounds lighter than the 80's models. Next thing is the dual weber carb setup and lacing a 17x5.5 Harley rear hoop to my hub.

Man I wish I had enough "vision" to make such a conversion from hideous to cool like that. I like it

I have a '72 Honda cb350 torn to pieces in my basement right now and a pile of parts on the kitchen table. Been too busy with moto to work on it lately. Hoping to have it looking somewhat like the one pictured below. A clean looking racer.
