I just purchased a 2015 350 last Saturday. I'm looking for input on the suspension setting from any other owners/riders that have spent time on the bike.

Here's my thoughts for the initial setting range (going by my 2012 350's configuration). I'm on the east coast and ride either hard clay or a slightly sandy track (there I soften the compression on the fork). I'm a 165lb without gear and if I raced it would probably be vet B/C but no idea really.

Fork
Compression-- 12-14
Rebound-- 10-12

Shock
Compression-- 14-15
Rebound-- 12-14
High speed-- 2 turns

Sag 105

Thanks,

- Matt

The suspension on the 2014 and 2015 are totally different than the 2011 and 2012 units. They have heaver springs. I have seen several local riders have to have the springs changed in the forks to get it even close and they are about 170# riders that also have earlier versions of this bike. The compression stack is a bit different as well making the forks seem harsher too.

I have a 15, 160 lbs no gear, went to softer springs front and rear after 3 re-valves. If you stick with stock springs, remove 5 cc of fork oil each leg. Run stock clickers front and back, pretty close. Maybe go in one click, slow, rebound on forks. Worked pretty good after lowering oil. But if you swap fork springs for next size softer, run stock oil height. 103/104 sag for me

Thanks for the input. I hope to not have to change the springs ($$) if I don't have to. They seemed stiff but I figured they would break in after a couple weeks. Were the stock spring harsh and deflect? I'll see if I can get them to work before sending them off. I think I may use KTM/WP factory services to see what they can do.

It is a combo problem in the forks. The spring is too stiff; the oil height is too high; and the valving is too restrictive.
You can try lower the oil level first and back off on the dampening to make it better, but the best will require new springs and valving.

my thought is count on lighter springs if you want it right. WP factory services is a good idea. Ask for Kyle.

I have a '13 and weigh around 155lbs. I went 18 out on forks and shocks both compression and rebound and it works ok. I'm using all the travel on the forks, not sure on shock. Will try to look for light springs this winter but will ride the rest of the year with this set up.
