Thanks for the link. That's a very informative interview.

That said, there is absolutely no way that Supercross viewership is 67% Hispanic. Not even close.

Yeah I don't see that as accurate. I was thinking maybe 67% of Hispanics watch SX, but 67% of the total fan base is Hispanic? No way.

Easy bro's, I am Hispanic. This sport is all I know and love.

However, I don't think Hispanic's make up the majority of SX/MX fans, at least not here in socal. My perspective is based off the people I see at the local tracks and SX/MX races, which are mostly white people. Just saying.

That 67% stat is just wishful thinking. Hispanics are great customers, so that stat is intended to lure advertisers/sponsors.

San Diego SX.....I'm guessing maybe 5% Hispanic and out of the 50,000 maybe 50 blacks????

SX/MX is the "whitest" sport I have ever seen .......bunch of hillbillys

Some popular radio DJ's here in Phoenix (KUPD for locals) always joke around ratings time that they want to get more Hispanic listeners because in the Nielsen (or whoever does radio ratings) scoring system one Hispanic listener count as 4 people in the ratings.

Don't know why or if it is even true, but every year they talk about it on their radio show. I guess Feld wants to blow smoke up the advertiser's ass so he can get more revenue by promoting the "huge" Hispanic audience?

lol thumbs up , in my area couple years ago , i was the only black kid who loved supercross & moto and now some are hoping on the bandwagon Wink but they only know stewart & reed & dungey becuase of my non stop dungey can smoke villopoto non sense i was talking while we was in class
