I would really appreciate getting your opinion on the whole thing? It would mean a lot to all of us I think if we got a true insider opinion on the matter.

Not sure how much of an insider I am. But, I think it's every rider's job to know the rules, so ignorance of them is not a pass (much like getting pulled over by a police officer for a driving infraction). There are provisions in force for people on legitimate prescriptions, but not for after the fact.

There should be a pretty stiff penalty, like a 4 race suspension or fine. However, I don't think this should be enforced during the Motocross season, because this infraction was caught during the Supercross season. It would be unfair to the series as a whole to not have James out there.

That is entirely too reasonable.....far too reasonable for this place. Take it elsewhere......

Thank you for raising a good kid.

If we had more examples like Trey, Ryan D, and Kenny, the sport would gain additional fans.

I know nothing about banned substances, drug testing, and certainly nothing about James' prescriptions.
I'm stunned how much people here have to say about it.
