YZ250 YPVS Governor

I have a 2013 Yz250 and for some reason the dowel pin that holds the YPVS governor together keeps falling out and I can't figure out why has this happened to anyone else if so any suggestions?

It might be several things, if the dowel had wear and was undersized or the hole that the dowel goes into was elongated or if the spring which holds tension failed or if the governor at the cylinder was gummed up causing a drag along with the other parts causing the problem.

Ok yea I'm going to clean everything up again including the power valve order a new pin and spring and see what happens just weird I've never even heard of that happening before thanks for the advice
