CR250 two stroke

Hi Guys,

I have a 2002 Cr250, with a ratty gear shifter, what is the difference between this original gear shift lever and that of the 2004 and later ( different part numbers, Genuine and the after market)?

Seems strange as the Chassis and the engine are said to be the same generation?

If I could find a low cost longer lever for my big foot, that would be great.

The frame, swingarm, and suspension changed in 04, the motor changed in 02,03,04, and 05.

What did they change on the frame from 03 to 04?
