Boeing is doing a bit of bandwagon jumping, seeing as they left Seattle many years ago for Chicago.......

They're no longer a Seattle company, just trying to be opportunists.

There's still a lot of Boeing in Seattle, but I feel you, they haven't exactly been committed to the city for the last several years. Their workers are the foundation of the 12th man identity but Boeing as a company are not worthy to fly the 12th man in my opinion, and you can put Starbucks in that category as well. Of course it's not going to stop either of them from latching on when it suits them.
