Doesn't sound mechanical, and if you've replaced all the electrical, it's probably in your EFI. If you have the skills and basic tools, you can put the seat and tank, the drain the tank and remove the fuel pump. You can take the pump apart (although difficult on most) and look at where the power (wires) goes into the unit. Take a 12v battery and take some wires and connect to the leads, and this will show you if the pump works or not. If it's good you will hear a very slight humming noise.

If the pump is good, go one step further and take the throttle body (previously called a carb) off and disassemble and clean. If you are scared, go to youtube and watch a few videos. If it looks too hard, take it to a dealer and pay them to do it.

Good luck!

Fuel pump is making noise, took efi (carb) cleaned with petrol and blew through every hole with a air line, problem still exist

You could check all connections. I'm thinking it's one of the sensors.

Just because its making noise doesn't mean its pumping fuel or the right amount, check what the output is supposed to be and what you are getting. Have you checked the fuel injector for any blockage?
