I don't know much about 4t bikes, but I would not change the cylinder without looking at it first. Is it giving you trouble? I'd change the piston and rings and run a hone through it and put it back on.

In most cases the cylinder on a 4 stroke as new as yours will not need a cylinder replacement. With that said you will have to measure it after tear down to know for sure. DO NOT HONE THE CYLINDER if you still see the cross hatch in the cylinder walls, as there is no need. You will need to measure the ring end gap before assemble.

You can check it with a bore gage to see if it is in spec. Other than that, clean the bore with scrub free shower cleaner and a scotch brite pad.

The bike is running fine right now, the only thing is there is a little pinging noise, but i think i need to go up to 100 octane.
