I haven't watched American Idol in years...but my wife had it on last night, so I watched it for a bit, and I've gotta say...I kinda want to hang out with Harry Connick Jr. He seems like a cool, funny dude.

We had a local kid tryout this season, as well. Don't think he made it to Hollywood, though.

they changed the format this year and its a lot better than last year..... funny and entertaining and the real singing has net even begun!
