Just me or was anybody else underwhelmed by the racing this weekend? I was expecting so much more, maybe it was the track being a bit tricky I don't know

Probably just seemed that way because there were so many incidents/talking points last week.

Yeah maybe expecting too much, best part of the weekend was Brayton getting 2nd. Chuffed for him

I agree - there are some races where everyone in the room is on the edge of our seats, palms sweating, heart beating wildly Tongue . ( maybe slight exaggeration.....) but not Phoenix. It was a good race, pumped for JB10 on a great ride, just not a really exciting race.

Next week will be good!!

Oh, and super bummed for Weimer. After his great heat race I thought we were going to see him a lot more in the main.......

Yeah, that last lap pass in the 250 class was super boring.

Also, RV starting in 9th and working his way to the front was a complete yawner, I was nodding off the whole time.

The three way battle between Barcia, Kroc, and Dungey also really sucked.

Get ready for more of the same. Let's face it, the field has nothing for RV. If he hadn't crashed last week, this season would have been a snooze fest so far.

Is it just ME! or there some people on here that are hard to please. I guess if you're a Bubba fan it might have seemed a bit boring, but DAMN! RV working his way through traffic from 9th place to win was a thing of beauty. I dunno, maybe Supercross needs to have the Nuclear Cowboys do a half time show or Robbie Knievel jump a Pit of hungry Polar Bears to add some excitement to these guys lives. As far as I'm concerned, it couldn't have been better, let's just see who's gonna be the first guy to step it up to Villopoto's level of speed and it looks like Brayton gave it a shot, which was awesome to see. I guess with the level of competition RV's racing against right now, it really shows how great a rider he is, because he went through that field like a Hot Knive through soft Butter.

I thoght it was a good Race . And pretty exciting
watching Rv come through the pack .
but I see what your saying too
I think (guessing) there were less passes over all
than A1 or most Sx races
and in My opinion
its the soil in phoenix ..
that make the start more important than ever
and the riders all knew it
. It was hard to pass unless u are a super human like RV ...IMO

Lets face it, Supercross is a lot of hype and fireworks. But after a couple of rounds I cant wait for the real mx to start.
