Holeshot has nothing to do with motor. It`s about timing.
LSD has nothing to do with your "high"...it's the Sugar Cube.

The TLD motors have been faster since last year when new engine builder Ryan Cox joined the team. Ryan use to build the factory suzuki, kawasaki, and can-am atv motors. He is a genius and an awesome guy.

Thanks FHK, this was the type of real info I was looking for. That holeshot was a boomer and he was pulling all the way to the corner and that takes more than just technique for such a big lad on a 250. Now I know they went FMF, and FMF have made more power for other teams before (i.e. factory Kawie), but I wanted to know a little more about who was doing their ENGINES. Did Ryan build up an engine with bits he sourced from external sources to get what he wanted and came up with a better package? Which lead Troy to ask Mitch some hard questions or was the package pulled because of the offending lump of aluminum alloy that was found to not be in the catalog?

So you think as PC only gives a parts/services budget as sponsorship, FMF has stepped up with some budget and coin to come across? I was only thinking the other day he must be digging into his own pockets there a fair bit. There are some sponsors, chipping in like Red Bull and Adidas but as TLD is the naming sponsor, they're the main contributor?
