yet the Marine Corps is facing deep cuts in its numbers. seems to me we could take deeper cuts in the other services and leave the Marine Corps alone to do its job.



I Hate to say it....but the military is getting full of buffoons and retards like this. I get to military areas frequently and it's prevalent.

These guys look and sound retarded.

A normal guy would be almost better off shooting these clowns and protecting himself.

Way back....Most in the military were farm boys who had used guns for years prior...weren't couch potatoes that couldn't think for themselves.

Now it seems it's a place for nuts and derelict to get a job.
Today I'd be as afraid of my own guys as the enemy.

On the other hand.....you have alot, and I see plenty of young tough in shape sharp as a tack dudes I'd want to have at my side. These guys have their heads right.

I see one extreme and the other.

I guess what I'm trying to say is alot of these people in the real world would be fired......or put to permanent shoe shine and floor mopping detail in a virtual unfireable job like the military.

you got to understand when its war time the recruiters get the word to up production and thats what you get. now that things are comming to a close all the extra numbers being recruited need to be cut. The Marine Corps is cutting all the way back down to 175k.

The only reason I can see why we continue to need such a big ground force is because our lousy world police policy. Knock that crap off, start fighting ONLY the wars that truly threaten our sovereignty, and you can dump the ground forces and just drop bombs on the enemy.

Women in the military is ok for those jobs. Hell, they should just be checking that they can put their ankles up to their ears. The WAF's I saw were damn good at being promiscuous or they were bull-dykes. I "dated" this one marine girl when I was TDY at Chanute....holy shit, that girl's motor was incredible. I never asked how many guys she'd been with. I know I wouldn't have liked the answer.

As a civilian contractor, yes sir. Times are changing. Dykey power hungry women and feminine dudes. I guess if you're willing to take a bullet you can get job.

Its easy, they let you go when your initial obligation has lapsed. Thats most likely what is gonna happen to my kid.

They even have a programs like OVER and Early-Out to get officers to leave early.

All those years of swimming paid off....Smile The top recruit in his company knocked out 27 pull ups, 123 sit ups and cruised the three miles in 17:30 from what I remember.
Thats EXTREMELY impressive.

I think my step-son did fairly well in the runs but not so much in the other stuff.

Thats cool your kid went into the corp in such good shape.
