Any supposed MX'er who would rather hear some chick read off of a card instead of hear 2 of the sports heroes talk about the race should be neutered! I'd rather hear them explain that there is some chick on a scaffold with a camera than see it. Maybe we'll get a good story out of them!

I thought Jenny Taft did a great job for her first SX. Once she learns the sport and who the racers are she'll get better but for her first race, after getting the job, she did awesome.

My stupid DVR missed the the last half-lap and post race interviews...

To me it was like when the Fox Sports 1 start up screen came on, it felt more like a premier launch to a sporting event that has more respect than Supercross is typically granted. It felt awesome and I got chill bumps. I feel like this is going put Supercross in a more wide mainstream market than the Speed Channel ever could and I believe it deserves that respect!

The layout is slightly different and takes a little getting used to, kind of like Waynes World the movie where it went from a basement studio to a professional format and I know it will just take a little getting used to, but overall I loved it. Seeing part of the opening ceremonies was fantastic and hope to see more of that as the season goes on.

The racing was great and cant wait for more!

Found myself fast forwarding through most of it, then got excited for the main event until ralph started rambling absolute shit just before the gate drop, and stuffed his big pitch for a spot in the highlight reel by claiming it as the 2013 supercross championship.

Seriously, the commentators let the whole show down, same shit different year, how ralph keeps his job is beyond me. So frustrating that they've gone to a "block buster infomercial" that's all about one-liner highlight reel commentator pieces. Get a commentator in that actually commentates what's happening on the screen, not "i talked to such n such in the pits earlier today and he said....." or "this guy 4 years ago won this many races" when there's a pass being set up or close-calls occuring on screen.

Racing itself was good though when you can filter through all the happy-meal shit they try and slap over the broadcast, really bummed for stewart.

Loved it. I also noticed the 5.1 surround sound was great too thanks partly thanks to my Bose system I recently got. Never noticed it before. Added an extra dimension to it anyway. No complaints from me. I think it was mentioned but some live Heart Rate data would be cool but I doubt the riders want that up on the screen if it was possible anyway .

I liked it also. They stepped it up.

I think they should of had more people at the booth with Voda rather than her just sitting there by herself. She's kind of lame to be honest and the lady interviewing the riders needs a little work but as far as the overall quality it was good and I liked the slow mo also.

One thing that SX needs to do is make it more professional. They always talk about how cool, rad and focus on the extreme nature. They should get more technical and quit using so many terms that make it sound like a circus show. I think taking some pointers from Nascar on the broadcasting front would do them a ton of good. They are too much like, "Hey watch SX-it's so extreme and cool and they jump so high." lol

Also, the OHHH comments in the booth are annoying also. I have no idea what they are OOHHing in the first place so thanks for leaving us wondering what the hell is going on. RC should be out of the booth also. He sucks.
