Front numberplate AMA/Monster/Lucas banner -- who sells them?

I am going minimalist on my new bike and don't want to do a full set of pre-prints. But I love the little black strip that goes across the top of the numberplate on pro bikes -- with the AMA logo and then either Monster or Lucas Oil depending on the series.
Does anyone know where I can get just that little strip, preferably with the outdoor version? I have googled everywhere and can't find them, maybe I'm using the wrong search term. Or is it a super secret product that only real pros can get? (I'm guessing not, since my pre-prints have them).
