Adrian Newey is only part of their secret (with his bags of tricks). Everything is possible in F1 because it's a big engineering exercise... remember Newey help bring active suspension into the paddock when he was the technical director at Williams which changed the landscape of F1 along with the concept of flowing air under the front of the car with the March 881 (another technical leap). John Barnard, Gordon Murray, Adrian Newey all pushed the limits in F1 and Newey is old school from that generation when they really thought outside the box. He pushes his technical team to the limits... so in theory this could be possible. But we will never know...
