Im in LA for work and have Thursday completely free. Was hoping to catch a good show, Cannibal Corpse sold out the observatory last time I was here so def hoping to make up for it. Down for whatever, Ive been to Venice Beach, hiked Griffon Park, ate Sanchos Tacos in Huntington Beach (BADASS!) and watched my Cardinals play in Anaheim. Into art and hot rods too, any advice would be appreciated

Really? Ive youtubed damn near every band listed to play in LA tonight, and they all suck. Asked the locals on the job site whats good with little to no advice...is LA really this lame? Since metal is out of the question I would kill to see a badass rockabilly or punk show at this point. Even a good bar would help

Damn, I just saw that Slayer is playing at the Palladium at the end of the month and Killswitch Engage and Lamb of God are playing there the second week of November.
