Congratulations TSM and Robbie!

We rewound the DVR every time we heard the two stroke in the background! Bike sounded great.

Just for the record, Robbie Marshall beat James Stewart ...on a 2 stroke!

I don't have the qualifying times in front of me right now, but I was wondering where Robby would have qualified in the 250F class if it were allowed.

I looked at that. He would have been right in the middle of the direct qualifiers!

His time would have put him 23rd in the 250 class. He was 26th in the 450 class.

With 250F lap times being very similar to 450f laptimes it seems pretty clear that a competent bike with 40+ HP in the hands of a skilled pro is going to do well. Two stroke or four. The extra displacement at this level doesn't buy much. That said, a 40+HP (I guess with the factory touch 50 HP) 250F bikes are just a lot more money to keep running at that level. This is making the sport shrink over time and has to stop. CC for CC racing really is the way to go. Don't penalize someone for running a two stroke.
