Fuck all you guys making excuses
Once you learn how to go that fast like rc rr and ferry
You will alway be fast
Just fitness will determine how long you can do it
Once AMA national pro always AMA national pro
Don't be a sucker and believe the promoters that are there to make money not there to race

Amature national
Not pro
Unless they lose tons of entry's and spectators this will never change

exactly. its an amateur national not a pro national. IMO if you held a pro license you shouldnt be in an amatuer class at an amatuer national. totally understand how guys like RR, ferry RC etc wanna go back and have a fun week of racing and its great for the spectators to see guys like them ride, but just make a pro class for them.

IMO....They should change to something like 30+ A, 30+B, 40+A etc... no C vet classes. Then there are B classes for amateurs and A classes for pro or ex pros in this case.

Wow.. I think MX Sports missed one. I was watching live timing of the +30 B/C class when I see a name from my days at Loretta's in the youth classes, Nathan Hale. So I went to the vault to see if it was the same guy and it appears to be, but look at the classes Nathan raced in around 2000 and the class he's in now. Is this a case of 2 guys with the same name who's results got stacked? I didn't keep up with Nathan after I quit racing him in the 90s so I don't have a clue. It just struck me as crazy.

I was in the same class as him in '97 for Schoolboy.. looking at that results list now makes my eyes pop out.

That's ridiculous. The whole class is a joke. We will hear that the reason there can't be a vet pro class is time restraints.......even though there are four 50cc classes and three 60cc classes.

For someone who grew up racing the natural progression is to ride small bikes, then school boy, B, and then A at the local level. .......the current rules eliminates 95% of the guys who raced as kids from racing 30+ at LL's.

I've been keeping tabs on a few guys in each class that I know. Then I starting picking positions in each class and comparing the pace. Interesting to say the least. Anyone know if 30B/C had close to the same track conditions?
