Magic eraser. Get them at your local grocery story. Use with a little glass cleaner and they will brighten right up. I have white plastic with one ride on them and they needed some magic eraser right off the bat.

i usually go at plastic with a brillo pad, and alot of soap.

then, believe it, or not. i bring back faded plastics with mayonnaise (hellmann's salad dressing, not miracle whip)
