No alcohol can be brought onto property must buy there's. everything else is fair game. They have been easing up on the alcohol over the past couple years so try it if your ok with possibly losing it.

can't you just put in in your trailer or motorhome or something? Just curious.
Wish I still lived up there so I could go!!! I miss that track!

The trick for music festivals around here is to hide it in your spare wheel well of your car.

you would think you could...ive seen them unload trailer upon arrival just to check and see what your bringing through. its gnarly, kinda like the border patrol. they even have an on site jail (me and jlaw have visited first hand lol)

anyways, ive seen them take canpy covers off just to find beers stuffed inside the canopy box with no canopy.

stuff gets snuck in dont get me wrong, like underneith beds in motorhomes and stuff. funnest national of the year to me but what do i know!

Hmm didn't know you couldnt take booze into there. never been there but I assumed most nationals were the same. High point mass amounts of booze brought in there haha.

If your going just for the day, you could have your beverages in your vehicle (alcohol), but cant bring it through the gate. It doesn't really work for partaking through the day but sure tastes good at the end of day. Id bring a folding chair and umbrella at least. A cooler with food and non alcoholic drinks fly. My favorite place to make home base is all the way to the back of track on hills under trees behind holy Schmidt table. Then walk over to whoops sometime to check out. Have fun and hydrate, I almost died from heat exhaustion two years ago!
